Lindsey Fair

I grew up dedicating my life to competitive swimming. Once I retired from the swimming world I really struggled with what to do next to stay in shape. It wasn't until I walked into a Rock The Reformer studio and took my first Pilates class, that I knew I had found my next passion! I was addicted and was drawn to the increased core strength, the overall sense of well-being, and the remarkable improvement it made in my body. In May of 2015, I received the in house Rock The Reformer training and certification. As a client I was determined to get the most out of every workout and seeing real results. Now I bring that same energy and focus to my classroom! I challenge my clients to reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves!
