Ashlyn Wilkes

Fitness has always been an important part of my life; from when I was a little girl running with the track team my mom coached to competing as a college athlete. My husband and I stumbled across pilates and fell in love with pilates almost immediately! I have personally experienced the benefits of a regular practice and truly believe that it can change a person's life. I am passionate to help others better themselves or meet their personal goals, and to pass along the pilates knowledge I have learned. I believe a “fit” person, both mentally and physically, is much stronger than one that is not.
